2026 Steeplegate Property Owners Annual Dues are $424.00.  For those residents that pay by Jan. 31st, owners receive a 10% discount and only pay $382.00.  Annual payment following Jan. 31 should be $424.00.

If you would rather pay $106.00 quarterly then:
1st Quarter (Jan, Feb, Mar)     Due by: Jan 31, 2026
2nd Quarter (Apr, May, Jun)     Due by: Mar 31, 2026
3rd Quarter (Jul, Aug, Sep)      Due by: Jun 30, 2026
4th Quarter (Oct, Nov, Dec)      Due by: Sep 30, 2026

Note:  Should you elect to pay quarterly, it is the responsibility of the property owner to ensure their account is current.  Notices will only be sent if an account becomes past due.

There is a $25.00 monthly late fee imposed upon each account that falls late starting on February 1st.  All mailings should be postmarked no later than the due date. Note: There is a 30 day grace period after the due date before the late fee will be imposed.

By our covenants, all dues for a calendar year must be paid by September 30th to allow for preparations for the Association Annual Meeting which occurs in October.
